A delicate Swiss ladies' pocket watch in engraved 800 silver, running well and offered honestly with all condition faults declared.

Housed in a beautifully engraved 800 silver case with a gold-plated GALONNE bezel, this open-face Swiss ladies' pocket watch dates to approximately 1890-1910. The case back features guilloche engine-turning with scrollwork engraving and a blank central cartouche - elegant and refined, characteristic of quality mid-grade Swiss production from the late Victorian and Edwardian periods.

The 10-jewel cylinder escapement movement is wound and set via a pin-set mechanism - a period detail typical of Swiss stem-wind watches of this generation. The inner cuvette is stamped "QUALITE SUPERIEURE" and features two exhibition award medallion stamps, reflecting the manufacturer's quality standard. The case carries Swiss federal hallmarks: crown, crescent moon, and LEC maker's cartouche with 0.800 fineness.

The white enamel dial presents Arabic numerals with ornate gilt hands and a sub-seconds register at 6 o'clock.

Offered honestly: the crystal is cracked and requires replacing, there are enamel cracks near the 7, 8, and 9 numerals, and the dial rattles slightly in the case. The movement runs well. All faults are reflected in the price.
