One of one, exactly the piece shown

A 67mm Swiss Goliath in dark oxidised steel with a gold crown and bow, framing a clean regulator dial. Large, running, and genuinely uncommon.

The regulator dial layout - large central minute hand, separate sub-dials for hours and seconds - originated in precision observatory clocks and was adopted on quality pocket watches as a mark of serious timekeeping intent. Here it sits on a 67mm Goliath case.

The case is oxidised steel, marked ACIER INALTERABLE (non-tarnishing steel) on the caseback - a French designation confirming the material's quality and durability. The gold daisy crown and gilt bow provide a deliberate contrast against the dark case.

The movement is Swiss lever with push-piece setting, calibre reference 281, and is protected by both an inner dust cover and a display crystal over the movement. The bridges carry Geneva-stripe decoration. Dating to c.1900, this piece runs well and winds smoothly. The enamel dial is clean, the case shows only minor age wear, and the original hands are intact.
