A single Albert watch chain in sterling silver with coil-wrapped links, each wound in fine coiled wire for a distinctive ribbed texture. An ornate pierced fob medal is engraved with a W.C. monogram. Hallmarked with lion passant and Birmingham anchor, date letter a, maker W.W.M, with design registration number Rd 225169 dating the design to c.1894. The chain weighs 44.6 grams and measures 17.5cm. Dog clip working, spring ring functional but missing its pull-back latch.
