A Victorian fob chain with two matching cast horse-in-horseshoe terminals connected by a four-strand rope twist body, with a pipe-style winding key on a short chain drop.

Each terminal shows a well-detailed horse head with mane, bridle and facial features in relief, set within a horseshoe frame. The body consists of four strands of rope twist chain gathered by decorative trefoil scroll connectors with volute detail, and the lower terminal carries a tasselled rope fringe. Unmarked, marks too worn to read, not magnetic. Weight 47.8g, length 27cm. Needs a clasp repair (stuck) and one link attachment replaced.
